Lambourne House sleeps eight across four individually styled bedrooms; three with en-suites and one served by a well-appointed shared bathroom. The house has been renovated throughout, with exposed beams, underfloor heating and a kitchen that earns its place at the centre of the stay: range cooker, two dishwashers, drinks fridge, and enough space around the central island for a group to cook together properly.
The open-plan living and dining area opens onto the patio, with the garden and river beyond. Inside, the inglenook fireplace and wood burner make the lounge a good place to be on cooler evenings.
Upstairs, a library landing sits between the bedrooms — a quiet spot that tends to get used more than guests expect.
Outside, the hot tub overlooks the river. There's fishing from the bank if you want it, and the grounds are private enough that you rarely feel the need to go anywhere else. Large windows throughout make the most of the views, and the surrounding countryside is on the doorstep whenever you do.

This luxurious cottage offers four beautifully appointed bedrooms, each designed to provide a restful retreat. The super-king-size bedroom includes an en-suite bathroom, complete with a shower over the bath and a WC. The second king-size bedroom also features an en-suite shower room and WC. A third king-size bedroom is conveniently located next to a bathroom with a shower over the bath, making it a great option for guests who prefer a shared bathroom. The final bedroom is a twin zip-and-link room, which can be converted into a super-king-size on request. This room also includes its own en-suite shower room with a WC. The bathrooms are elegantly designed with luxurious features such as rainfall showers, heated towel rails, and modern fixtures, and there is an additional downstairs WC for added convenience.

In addition to the main house, the grounds also feature Lambourne Dell a small, self contained cabin offering a comfortable sleeping area, compact yet well-equipped kitchenette, washroom and private hot tub to unwind after a day of exploring.
